Dr. George Case, Dr. Lewis Russell, Dr. George Vassar, and Dr. John Case, urologists in San Antonio, Texas, provide quality medical and surgical care to adults with urological problems. Dr. Case has been in practice since 1974, Dr. Russell since 1980, and Dr. Vassar since 2000. All four urologists are certified by the American Board of Urology.

Our practice offers comprehensive care for adult male and female urology as listed above. Traditionally our practice has had heavy emphasis on the treatment of prostate cancer and urinary stone disease. We offer extensive experience in brachytherapy (radioactive seed implantation) and other medical and surgical treatments for prostate cancer. We are also able to offer multiple treatments for the management of kidney, ureteral and bladder stones. With Dr. George Vassar and Dr. John Case, we are able to offer laparoscopic surgery, a minimally invasive approach to many urologic diseases.

Dr. John Case completed a distinguished fellowship in male reproductive medicine and surgery, offering expertise in the field of male infertility and impotence. This includes microscopic surgery for vasectomy reversals and varicocelectomies, advanced treatments for impotence including penile prostheses.
